Rockstar has detailed the full list of changes in a blog post, but the biggest improvement looks to be “Grand Theft Auto V-style controls and targeting” across all three games. After all, GTA 3 is 20 years old now and it can definitely be hard to go back to the older games in the series after spending hundreds of hours playing GTA 5.
